How long does it take to get my order once it's been placed?
Typically, you’ll receive your domestic order within a week and your international order within ten days. This timeframe is for FABRIC ONLY. Garments may take between one week and three weeks, under normal circumstances.
How do I order a garment?
Easy! Once you’ve chosen your desired fabric, scroll down past the product image and towards the bottom half of the product page to select your garment, style and size options..then click “Add to cart”.
If I need my order in a hurry, do you have expedited shipping?
That is definitely an option. We cannot ship to all parts of the country overnight, but can get to any state in two days. International orders have a three day EXPRESS time.
I saw a fabric on your site yesterday and now I can't find it. What does that mean?
It most likely means we’ve sold out, or nearly sold out. If you see something you really like, it’s best to grab it then, because any product can sell out at any time. However, please feel free to contact us…the fabric you want may be on back-order!
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes we do. If you have a business that requires any of our products, please contact us via phone or email for more information. We wholesale our products all over the world.
What is your return policy for fabric?
We fully realize that sometimes what you’re looking at on your monitor may not match exactly what you are sent in terms of color. Texture may also not be as you had imagined. For those reasons, we offer a NO QUESTIONS ASKED money back (less shipping) guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your order return all or part of it for a refund or exchange. We promise to make returns/exchanges hassle-free.
What is your return policy for garments?
Garments may be exchanged for quality issues but NOT for sizing issues or color issues. We offer sizing charts and the onus is on you, the customer, to correctly size yourself. If you require a SPECIFIC color, we recommend you order a swatch first, rather than risk disappointment. We are happy to field e-mails or phone calls regarding color or size.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover cards. We also accept PayPal, money orders or your personal check. We will process check orders on receipt of your check. We do not offer C.O.D. payment, however.
Do you have a store in Honolulu I can come to when in the islands?
Yes we do. It is located at 3207 Martha St., just off Kapahulu Avenue, which is located at the Diamond Head side of Waikiki. There is plenty of free parking. Feel free to call ahead from your hotel or lodging to get easy-to-follow directions. Nobody in Honolulu can or does beat our store prices. Stock up and save when in the islands.
How often does your fabric selection change?
Virtually every day. Each weekday we receive new prints in our warehouse and most days we add new prints to our “New Fabrics” section.
Are your fabrics available year after year? Can I come back next season for more of the same print?
Probably not. Most prints are printed only once. One that is printed more than once is the exception rather than the rule. For that reason, realize that this may be your only opportunity EVER to purchase a particular print.
Do you discount for large quantities?
Usually we will. It would be best to call us or email us with this request BEFORE you place an order, however. We feel that volume purchasing deserves a price break.
How do I figure shipping on an international order?
We ship via Global Priority Mail flat rate packets and boxes. Feel free to email us for international shipping charges…we’re always happy to assist you in selecting the best possible shipping option.
If I'm looking for a particular type of print or style that I don't see on your site, would you bring it into stock for me?
While we generally won’t if you’re just looking for a yard or two, if you’re looking for as little as say, 10 yards, we’ll make inquiries with our manufacturers to find something suitable for you. We can usually bring it into stock immediately.
If there's an error on my order, what do I do?
Email us with the descepancy. We will check it out from our end and then promptly get back to you. If you got the wrong fabric, we will send you a pre-paid mailer to send it back, as well as the correct fabric. If your fabric is damaged, we will instruct you to send it back for an exchange or as a return and reimburse you for the shipping. When sending us returns, PLEASE enclose an explanation of the problem.
